The Danfoss–INSEAD Strategic Excellence Development Programme
Sep 23, 2022
We are proud to announce that our partnership and programme with Danfoss has won a Gold medal in the Learning and Development category of the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Awards.
The objective of the Danfoss–INSEAD Strategic Excellence Development Programme was to create a golden triangle of strategy, innovation and culture. In addition, the programme was designed to change behaviour – and ultimately culture – through strategic innovation projects to put the learning into practice in real time over the course of the modules – and beyond.
The award, as well as the outcomes of the innovation projects, are testament to how INSEAD works with partners to build impactful programmes that create positive change at both an individual and organisational level.
Of the programme. Programme Director Karel Cool, Professor of Strategic Management at INSEAD, says: “From the very top of Danfoss to the executives and staff we have the chance to work with, there is a genuine commitment to learning and a thirst for new insights on how to innovate ‘a better future’.
At INSEAD, we are thrilled to help with that mission and are committed to provide our very best.” Danfoss CEO, Kim Fausing, is extremely positive about the impact: “This programme has proven very effective. It’s already made a difference to our business and is helping to keep us at the forefront of the green transition”.
Driving the Jardines Momentum Shift: Flagship Leadership Development Programmes with INSEAD
Sep 23, 2022
We are proud to announce that our partnership with Jardines has won a Gold medal in the Best Advance in Leadership Development category at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Awards.
The objective of the Driving the Jardines Momentum Shift: Flagship Leadership Development Programmes with INSEAD was to strengthen what it means to be part of Jardines across their various business units. To build more of a common sense of belonging, a commitment to sharing expertise and leveraging scale, and in particular to build a common culture of leadership for those identified as corporate talent for the future.
Out of this objective grew a suite of world-class leadership-development programmes: EMERGE, GROW and INSPIRE which formed a continuum of learning across a common curriculum, designed around Jardines’ business priorities and differentiated for different levels of leadership. To date, the impact has been greatly felt.
A year after the three programmes were completed, 32% of participants have already been promoted. In addition, the same survey suggests that 60% of Action Learning Projects have been implemented.
Of the partnership and programme, John Nolan Group HR Director at Jardines, says: “There is universal acceptance that the INSEAD programmes are driving transformation and connectedness in the company. Also, the perception of Jardines in the market – as an employer that invests in talent – has already changed.”
