Leading in Complex Situations

Why is change in organisations so often difficult and even unsuccessful? The answer is situations that we’re dealing with are often more complex than they seem at first.

In this webinar, Michael Shiel, Programme Director of Executive Master in Change, will explore the two main sources of complexity: people and organisations, and explain how we can work successfully with these two areas.

INSEAD Open Day with Faculty Masterclass

INSEAD Open Day with Faculty Masterclass

The financial sector has a central role to play in global action on climate change. Achieving Net Zero by 2050 will necessitate a massive reallocation of capital around the world that will only succeed if major private sector financial organisations, such as banks, asset owners and asset managers, ensure that their financing decisions and other actions support decarbonisation efforts in the real economy.

In this session, we will critically examine current efforts in the financial industry related to the Net Zero Transition, such as financial sector Net Zero initiatives and in particular the role of financial institutions’ own Net Zero commitments in aligning incentives with real economy businesses.
