Customer-Centric Transformation with Data & Digital Tech

Changing customer behaviour, new technologies, disruptive competitors, new online channels, digital trends, unlimited data: Our research is showing that senior executives often struggle to structure their thinking about all changes happening in a digital world. They often say that traditional strategies have become completely obsolete in an agile world. Indeed, in this fast-paced environment, new approaches are required. But traditional strategies are not dead – they are just transforming. Value-creating growth still starts with customers and not with products or technology. In this webinar, Prof. Joerg Niessing will discuss three customer-centric shifts that have helped organisations to transform successfully by leveraging data and digital tech. The frameworks used will give you a structured approach to build your own successful customer-centric digital strategy.

The Danfoss–INSEAD Strategic Excellence Development Programme

The Danfoss–INSEAD Strategic Excellence Development Programme

We are proud to announce that our partnership and programme with Danfoss has won a Gold medal in the Learning and Development category of the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Awards.

The objective of the Danfoss–INSEAD Strategic Excellence Development Programme was to create a golden triangle of strategy, innovation and culture. In addition, the programme was designed to change behaviour – and ultimately culture – through strategic innovation projects to put the learning into practice in real time over the course of the modules – and beyond.

The award, as well as the outcomes of the innovation projects, are testament to how INSEAD works with partners to build impactful programmes that create positive change at both an individual and organisational level.

Of the programme. Programme Director Karel Cool, Professor of Strategic Management at INSEAD, says: “From the very top of Danfoss to the executives and staff we have the chance to work with, there is a genuine commitment to learning and a thirst for new insights on how to innovate ‘a better future’.

At INSEAD, we are thrilled to help with that mission and are committed to provide our very best.” Danfoss CEO, Kim Fausing, is extremely positive about the impact: “This programme has proven very effective. It’s already made a difference to our business and is helping to keep us at the forefront of the green transition”.
