Drawn by INSEAD’s multicultural, multidimensional nature of its programmes, Malen Chea was looking to get out of her comfort zone and build the international leadership skills she needed in her role. What she found on the Management Acceleration Programme was an opportunity to dig deep, to open up to connect with others and in so doing, discover more about herself as a leader and as a person. She left with greater confidence and an ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ and to connect the dots across her business.
