In July 2020, Dean Ilian Mihov announced the formation of a multi-stakeholder task force on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. This group (known as EDIT) comprises a core organizing team as well as a broader team bringing together representatives from students, staff, alumni and faculty.

The goal: To establish a new INSEAD Office for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion reporting directly to the Dean of INSEAD.
