What sets the programme apart? Real-world case studies, global perspectives, interactive discussions, and simulation exercises that bridge theory to practice.
Beyond the skills, the IDP has given Rena a global network through INSEAD’s Directors Network. This valuable community provides diverse perspectives, enriching her approach to family business governance.

Blog: What It Feels Like Returning to China after 4 Years
“I still remember last year when we were in Singapore with classmates from China talking about when we will be able to resume our classes in Beijing without quarantine. It is unbelievable that this came faster than we expected. Here we are, finally all gathered together at Tsinghua, the prestigious university in China, to learn about data, models and decision-making, frontier economic issues in China, and corporate governance.”
Entrepreneurship: New Business Ventures programme – Stepping Out with Eyes Wide Open
As the co-founder and CEO of impactvise AG, Adrian Peyer has a vision to help law firms across the globe become more sustainable in their business practices, and to help them align to global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards.
In preparing for his new start-up, Adrian embarked on INSEAD’s Entrepreneurship: New Business Ventures (EBV) programme that catered to people at different stages of the start-up journey in 2021.
“Our lecturer, Professor Henning Piezunka, taught us to challenge our own ideas, and one of the exercises was to pitch a business idea to actual investors. It was like a dry run for our own business – this was a good practice in a safe environment for what we would actually need to do, and certainly not an opportunity that comes by easily.”
Today, right out of the programme, Adrian has already been able to transfer his learnings to benefit impactvise.
